The Pursuit of Happiness

On the recommendation of several friends, I watched The Pursuit of Happiness, the new Will Smith Movie based on the true story of a man who through effort and perseverance worked his way up from homelessness to become a multi-millionaire stock broker.

While I've never been homeless before, as I see my time at school coming to a close and my bank balance rapidly plunging toward zero, I feel a kinship with Smith's character and hope that in a few months when I'm the one looking for a job in the financial services sector God will bless me with the contacts, diligence and the touch of luck necessary to land a career.

If you find a spare moment, say a prayer and ask God to give me the wisdom to plot the right course and the faith not to worry.

I'm glad you enjoyed it. Definitely one of my favorites. It's not often Hollywood puts out something like that.

That is the next movie on my list to view. Based on the experiences you have/are having and the tenacity to make them happen, I believe you will create a successful future. With God in control and you willing to do the work, how can you not?!
